Terms of Service

1. General

By placing a commission order with me, the client agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all custom-made commissions, including but not limited to:

1. Crochet work
2. Jewelry
3. Illustrations
4. Other handmade or creative products

2. Pricing

All prices will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Pricing may vary depending on:

1. Complexity of the design
2. Materials required
3. Project size
4. Additional requests or revisions

3. Deposit

A 50% deposit is required for all commissions. Work will not begin until the deposit has been received. The deposit secures my time, labor, and materials and is therefore non-refundable once work has started.

4. Final Payment

The remaining 50% must be paid before the final product is shipped, delivered, or the final digital files are provided. I reserve the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been received.

5. Revisions and Changes

Reasonable minor revisions may be requested during the creation process. Major changes that differ significantly from the original agreement may result in additional fees or require a revised quote. Once a stage of the project has been approved, previous stages may not be revised without additional charges.

6. Cancellation by the Client

If the client cancels the commission before work has begun, the deposit may be refunded at my discretion. If work has already started, the deposit is non-refundable. If the commission is substantially completed at the time of cancellation, the full agreed price may still be due.

7. Satisfaction and Refund Policy

All commissions are custom-made and created according to the specifications agreed upon before work begins. Due to the handmade and custom nature of my work, minor variations from sketches, reference images, examples, or photographs may occur. Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference, changed opinions, or dissatisfaction with artistic style, provided the commission has been completed according to the agreed specifications. If I make a significant error or fail to deliver the commission as agreed, I will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through corrections, repairs, replacement, or a partial refund where appropriate.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs will be discussed separately unless otherwise stated. I am not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by postal or courier services after the package has been shipped. Clients are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

9. Copyright and Usage Rights (Illustrations)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all copyrights remain with the artist. The client receives a personal-use license only. The artwork may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, used commercially, minted as NFTs, or altered without prior written permission. I reserve the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

10. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission request for any reason. If I cancel a commission before work begins, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
